What Do I Need to get VoIP Phone service?

You have one of the following three options for getting VoIP Phone Service:

Full Private Branch Exchange (PBX) – This includes all of the phones and hardware. You get an enterprise level phone system that is ready to grow with your business and uses standard POTS phone lines with the ability to go to VoIP.

Shared PBX- Why buy the whole system when you can buy just the phones? A shared PBX comes with the most popular features of a full PBX, but you only need to buy the phones. Technology Solutions takes care of all the maintenance of the phone system. Once you’re ready to upgrade to a full system, your phones can be transferred to your new system.

Gateways – If you are happy with your current phone system, but want to experience the cost saving benefits of VoIP, a Gateway may be right for you. Gateways convert your current POTS or T1 phone lines into VoIP. Gateways can be purchased or leased with a 24 month commitment.
